A book that is very hard not to like, Taschen has done it again. Every day has one full color pin-up, either a classic illustration such as an Elvgren or a Moran, or a vintage photograph. For each date is a saucy quip from various women, writers, and actresses, of various levels of fame or infamy. The birthday of famous women are noted for each day as well. Especially helpful is the built in cloth bookmark so you can peruse it every day without losing your page. I am working my way through my copy in real time, a page a day. No matter how one reads this beautiful book, the experience is quite rewarding.

This is a nice book. Taschen has in my experience always produced a quality product. For those interested in old pin up drawings from the masters of they past, they may enjoy this. The format is a calendar date per day with associated pinup art. There is also a caption or inscription associated with each day. There is no year marking so it can be used from year to year. it contains many familiar and some unfamiliar artworks from the many works of classic pin up art.

Wonderful 365 picture book

This books has beautiful images, for a people who likes pin us is a nice gift! There are images of real pin ups too, some with naked women and some images with a strong phrases.

Enjoy viewing the daily pin-ups - photos are fabulous. Great give idea for those who enjoy looking back at gorgeous models!

I have bought many Taschen books in the past and really like them. I thought this would be a nice addition to my collection.

I love pin up art so I bought this book in Waterstones today. I did enjoy the photos and artwork but most of the "inspiring" quotes are tasteless and insulting. From "role models" such as Paris Hilton etc. One quote read "I only started giving men blowjobs because I ran out of things to say". There are a few genuinely amusing and insightful thoughts peppered amongst the quotes, but on the whole they paint women in a very poor light. Many quotes are anti-feminist, which is just not funny, there is no place for this - not in the modern world. I returned the book.
